What is the rule of society maintenance money for flats in blore ? per sft or per flat ?
I have a 3 BHK in AECS Layout, Bangalore. The building has 12 Flats; 6 three BHK flats and 6 two BHK flats. So, can anyone share their experience about the society maintenance rules.
