What is the science or philosophy behind how humans create different roles in society?
I’m looking for more information on the reason why or details on how humans managed to start dividing tasks and beginning creating communities. I’m trying to find out some science or philosophy on why humans have created different roles in society and the importance of each person roles in society. Any information to answer the question or suggestion for books or websites would be great.

That would be sociology. Try googling the “sociology of gender”.

From the very beginning? Delegation of work started with skill for the job, right?
We delegate work based on the needs of the household, which literally means economy. We need food, shelter, safety. We create jobs to fill those needs and as we need less people for one sector, we create new sectors to give people purpose.
