Depending on what area you are in, call the one closest to you, I feel sure they would love an extra pair of hands.(Tell them your age, and what hours you can be there).
Exercising, feeding and fresh water are the most important, hosing down their pens, but most importantly letting them know that they have not been forgotten. Talking to them and a hug or pet on the head lets them know that someone still loves them.....good for you!
