Yes, as an educator, I am very pleased with my contribution to society. I also volunteer for the AmRed Cross to do training in CPR and disaster relief. I am a volunteer for the Cancer Coalition, helping them to survey people and offer in-service of ways to raise the quality of life.

I could do more for society if I choose to, but I am perfectly happy sitting on the sidelines letting others take credit. I work in a medical laboratory where I aid physicians in making critical care diagnosis. 80% of all diagnosis come from the laboratory, so I believe that I am making a contribution to health care.
