What determines the justice or injustice of a society?
Is justice or injustice of a society is measured by the manner in which it handles dissent? In my opinion the justice or injustice of a society is based on multiple factors; besides, one cannot judge an entire society by those who are in power because they do not accurately reflect the entire populace. Am I on the right track?

what is the experience of the one judging? american history demonstrates the various injustices of one set of peoples while those who carried out the injustices remember history as needing those things to be done. On the other hand one set of people view happenings in modern day as injustices when in actuality they are not rich enough to make a difference. I think you are on the right track.

Morality is objective. Anything else is a self-serving rationale or a morally-trivial cultural phenomenon.
Objective truth can be found if people are willing to brush off their biases. Hypocrisy and double standards in ANY rule, policy, rhyme or reason PROVES immorality. Regardless of the true morality of the act itself, all acts become immoral by default when rationalized in such biased ways.
