nobody is perfect and everybody is illiterate somewhere but nobody shows as this world is very harsh and only the fittest survive so everyone hide thier fears and come up strongly and they are the one that survive So please don’t get discouraged and keep moving on whatever the world may say as they will say coz they will never want someone to go fast then them as they will get last
and yes you can go to some institute and do the particular course that your job demands

If you’re telling the truth and not just winding the community up, someone else wrote this question.
Going by your choice of name you are self deprecating or have a pretty low opinion of yourself.
Assuming the truth and if either of the symptoms in the second clue are correct, you can learn. I have a young friend who suffered from dyslexia and had a speech impediment. No educational background. I told him he was capable of anything and he believed me. He disciplined himself and is now on the road to a universty degree in mechatronic engineering.
